Our Objective
This Educational Institution (MLSM College and the Lalit Sen Institute) aims at imparting an education that will create a sense of public service in the emerging generation, and to imbue it with a social consciousness and an awareness of the changing times. The ethos of the college is to meet challenges and to aim for the very best. We aim to create an ideal citizen and a good human being, difficult though this may seem. We wish to inculcate a wide vision, a capacity to understand the views of others, to disagree without bitterness and to instil the spirit of humanism in our family of staff and students.
To reduce the burden on the public exchequer and to make the institution’s growth self- sustaining, the Managing Committee resolved to establish a self sustaining institute within the college to start and conduct various new and useful self-financing professional courses. This led to the establishment of the Lalit Sen Institute of Business, Education & Technology (LSIBET), named to commemorate the founder.
