The college also has a placement and counseling cell which helps our students to initiate their career goals.
We, at MLSM, expect all the students to work hard and improve their performances in the coming years, thereby fulfilling the dreams and expectations of their parents and teachers. I sincerely hope that the students will make the best use of the opportunities to become competent professionals, entrepreneurs and last but not the least, great human beings.
The pandemic of COVID-19 is almost over. However, I expect the students to remain vigilant and follow the safety measures from the virus. The pandemic gave an opportunity worldwide to rethink and reassess the strategies for higher education. Times of crisis ought to inspire creativity, critical reflection, transformation and renewal. In the new normal, the challenge is to adapt, regenerate and position the college for a strong and sustainable future.
Striving for a vibrant and dynamic academic atmosphere is a wholesome and holistic exercise. This calls for the integration of students into the qualitative processes of the college. It necessitates an innovative ecosystem to hone the skills of students in diverse programs to mould them to become notable change-makers in society.
I congratulate all the faculty members, employees and students, who have achieved excellence and outstanding performance in the academic and research work during the previous academic sessions. This year the visit of the NAAC Team is due for the second cycle. I expect that all stakeholders of the college will work with sincerity to enable the college to achieve a good grade.
As the principal of the college, I am committed to carrying forward the work of my predecessors. I seek the cooperation of my colleagues and guidance of the management committee particularly that of Dr. Hari Sen Ji, President managing committee, in accomplishing the above-stated goals.
With warm wishes
Dr. Kameshwar Kumar
