राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस के मौके पर जिला युवा सेवाएं एवं खेल विभाग द्वारा सुंदरनगर के एमएलएसएम कॉलेज में दौड़ व हैंडबाल प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन किया गया। लड़कियों के वरिष्ठ वर्ग में आयोजित दौड़ प्रतियोगिता में नेहा, दीपिका व शिवानी, अंडर-17 वर्ग में अवंतिका, श्रेया व रिशिका, लड़कों के वरिष्ठ वर्ग में पारस, अभिषेक शांडिल व अनिरुद्व, अंडर-17 में अभिषेक, प्रेयांशु व सावन तथा अंडर-12 वर्ग में प्रद्यूमन, ओम और अग्रसेन ने क्रमश: पहला, दूसरा व तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। जबकि हैंडबाल प्रतियोगिता में कॉलेज की दोनों टीमों ने बेहतरीन खेल का प्रदर्शन किया। हालांकि यह मैच बराबरी पर छूटा। कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्यातिथि पहुंचे कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डा. सीपी कौशल ने विजेता प्रतिभागियों को मेडल पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। जिला खेल अधिकारी नरेश कुमार ने मुख्यातिथि को शॉल व टोपी पहनाकर सम्मानित किया। इससे पहले मुख्यातिथि व अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने मेजर ध्यान चंद की तस्वीर के समक्ष दीप प्रज्जवलित कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। खिलाडिय़ों को संबोधित करते हुए डा. सीपी कौशल ने कहा कि पदम भूषण मेजर ध्यान चंद के नाम पर हर वर्ष उनके जन्मदिवस के मौके को राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस के पर मनाया जाता है। यह सभी खिलाडिय़ों के लिए हर्ष का विषय है कि अब देश का खेल रत्न पुरस्कार मेजर ध्यान चंद खेल रत्न के नाम से जाएगा। उन्होंने खिलाडिय़ों का आह्वान किया कि खेल को खेल की भावना से खेलें और पूरी शिद्धत के साथ मेहनत करें। इस मौके पर शारीरिक शिक्षक अनिल गुलेरिया, लोकेश शर्मा, हैंडबाल प्रशिक्षक अशोक गौतम, डेजू रतन, विक्रम बिष्ट, यूथ समन्वयक जगदीश नायक, क्रिकेट कोच अजय राय, दिव्या प्रकाश, पंकज और उमेश भी मौजूद रहे।

All students of BA/B.Sc./B.Com. 2^nd Year are directed to go through the date sheet and ensure that no two papers of a student should be on the same date & time. As per the decision taken in a meeting with worthy secretary education, Secretary health and NHM authorises aspecial vaccination drive will be carried out for all employees (teaching,non-teaching PTWC, etc.) for two days on 28 and 29 June 2021. This will also include the employees of Pvt educational institutions of the state. The government of HP and the education department has decided to complete vaccination of all employees of educational institutions on a priority basis.This also includes the eligible students above the age of 18 years.

The examination of final year students is scheduled to start in July 2021. So all the final year students are to be vaccinated on a priority basis. All principals, College APs, and other employees are required to motivate the eligible students of final year (first priority) and others to get the benefit of this vaccination drive, especially for the teaching fraternity. Some schools in every Distt. (list will be displayed ) will be identified as vaccination centres where the health authorities will vaccinate at least 250 - 300 people especially related to the education departments and educational institutions.

In this regard, all the DDHE/EE/inspection cadre are required to identify GSSS of their respective Distt. Where at least 200-300 teachers/employees/students may gather so that health authorities can arrange and give vaccination shots to all gathered in respective schools.

This information is required by health and NHM authorises so that necessary arrangements for vaccines and other logistics can be made appropriately.

The list of eligible employees and students be prepared positively by 26th at 1.00 pm and be shared with DHE and Distt. Health authorities. All concerned are required to work for this on awar footing and complete the assignment within the stipulated time so as to make this special derive a grand success.

समापन समारोह की शुरुआत एनएसएस के लक्ष्य गीत से किया गया। इसके बाद कार्यक्रम अधिकारी डॉ. कविता शर्मा ने मुख्यातिथि और विशेष अतिथि का स्वागत करने के साथ ही सात दिवसीय शिविर की पूर्ण रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई। समारोह में स्वयसेवियों ने विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम समूह गान, एकल नृत्य,एकल गान, मोनो एक्टिंग, हिमाचल की शान नाटी और मंडयाली भाषा में एक नाटक की प्रस्तुति दी।

मुख्यातिथि सौम्या सांबशिवन ने कहा कि एनएसएस के माध्यम से पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ अन्य प्रकार के सामाजिक कार्य करने का भी मौका विद्यार्थियों को मिलता है। पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर लोगों को जागरूक और उसके महत्व को बताना एक प्रशंसनीय कार्य है। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज में लड़कियां समाज में स्वतंत्र तभी होगी जब वह आर्थिक रूप से निर्भर होगी।

हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय अंतर महाविद्यालय क्रिकेट चैंपियनशिप का फाइनल मुकाबला आखिरकार एमएलएसएम कॉलेज सुंदरनगर ने 8 साल बाद अपने नाम कर लिया। एमएलएसएम कॉलेज के खेल मैदान में हुए फाइनल मुकाबले में एमएलएसएम कॉलेज सुंदरनगर ने  डीएवी कॉलेज कांगड़ा को रोमांचक मुकाबले में 8 रन से हरा अंतर महाविद्यालय क्रिकेट चैंपियनशिप 2019 का ख़िताब अपने नाम किया।"

विधायक राकेश जंवाल द्वारा चैंपियनशिप की विधिवत शुरुआत करने के उपरांत उपस्थित खिलाड़ियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज उन्हें अपने एमएलएसएम कॉलेज में बिताए हुए पुराने दिन याद आ गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आज उन्हें खिलाड़ियों से रूबरू होने का मौका मिलना उनके लिए अति प्रसन्नता की बात है। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने कॉलेज के दिनों में वह खुद बास्केटबॉल के खिलाड़ी रहे हैं। बास्केटबॉल के आधुनिक कोर्ट का शुभारंभ करना उनके लिए गर्व का विषय है।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश जयराम सरकार ने शिक्षा के साथ-साथ हिमाचल प्रदेश में खेलों को भी बढ़ावा दिया है। भविष्य में भी प्रयासरत हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर के अपने पहले सुंदरनगर दौरे के दौरान 12 करोड़ रूपयों से निर्मित होने वाले इंडोर स्पोर्टस कांपलेक्स को मंजूरी दी थी। इसके निर्माण के लिए पहली 50 लाख रूपये किश्त भी जारी हो गई है। जल्द ही दूसरी किश्त भी आने वाली है।

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार के अथक प्रयासों से अब हर मौसम में सारी सुविधाएं मिलेगी। राकेश जंवाल ने कहा कि पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी के केंद्रीय नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में भी जमकर विकास हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कब्बडी खेल भारत का स्वदेशी खेल है। जिसे अब संपूर्ण विश्व खेल रहा है। उन्होंने चैपियनशिप में आए हुए रेफरियों से मैचों में निष्पक्ष फैंसला देने का आह्वान किया है।

महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन स्मारक महाविद्यालय सुंदरनगर में हिंदी साहित्य परिषद द्वारा हिंदी दिवस आयोजित किया गया। इसमें महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य अजय कपूर ने मुख्यातिथि के रुप में शिरकत की।

इस अवसर पर छात्र-छात्राओं ने हिंदी भाषा की दशा व दिशा पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए और कविताओं के माध्यम से हिंदी के महत्व को समझाया हिंदी भारत की शान नाम से एक लघुनाटिका प्रस्तुत कर वाह वाही लूटी गई। इस अवसर पर डॉ.कविता, डॉ.भूपेंद्र शर्मा,डॉ.शशिकांत और महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे।

केमिस्ट्री विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ. सीपी कौशल ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि एक और इस तरह के आयोजन छात्रों को एक दूसरे को समझने में सहायक सिद्ध होते हैं वहीं दूसरी और उनकी विभिन्न गति विधियों के आयोजन के लिए संगठनात्मक क्षमता के विकास में भी अहम योगदान देते हैं। डॉ. सीपी कौशल ने छात्र-छात्राओं के उज्वल भविष्य की कामना की।

MLSM कालेज में रही राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस की धूम,विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित

राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस पर महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन स्मारक महाविद्यालय के खेल मैदान में खेल कूद प्रतियोगिताएं आयोजित की गई। इस मौके पर वालीबाल और कबड्डी खेल की स्पर्धाएं करवाई गई। वालीबॉल में पांच और कबड्डी में आठ टीमों ने भाग लिया। कबड्डी में बीपीएड तृतीय समेस्टर ने बीएसई द्वितीय वर्ष को 52 अंकों से मात दी। वालीबॉल में बीपीएड 5वें समेस्टर की टीम ने बीपीएड प्रथम समेस्टर की टीम को 25-23, 19-25 व 17-25 के स्कोर से बीपीएड 5वें  समेस्टर की टीम को हराया।

समापनसमारोह में कॉलेज के प्राचार्य अजयकपूर ने विजेता और उपविजेता टीमों को समानित किया। इस मौके पर मुख्यातिथि ने कहा कि 29 अगस्त को हॉकी खेल के जादूगर मेजर ध्यानचंद की याद में राष्ट्रीय खेल दिवस मनाया जाता है।

खिलाडियों को मेजर ध्यान चंद की जीवनी से प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए। उन्होंने आज देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के फीट इंडिया मूवमेंट की सराहना की। इस मौके पर प्रो. अनिल गुलेरिया, कमलेश सेन, रजनी शर्मा, सुरजीत व विक्रांत उपस्थित रहे।

सुकेत रियासत महाराजा लक्ष्मण सैन की 125वीं जयंती

महाराजा लक्ष्मण सैन स्मारक महाविद्यालय सुन्दरनगर मे सुकेत रियासत के अंतिम शासक श्री लक्ष्मण सैन जी की जयंती मनाई गई। उल्लेखनीय है कि उनके नाम पर ही यह महाविद्यालय चला है। यह उनकी 125 जयंती है।

सन 1976 में बना यह महाविद्यालय आज काफी विशाल महाविद्यालय बन गया है। इस महाविद्यालय में बीएड, एम एस सी, बीसीए, बीएससी व कई अन्य कोर्स चलते हैं ।

जयंती के इस मौके पर प्रो. अजय कपूर ने दीप प्रज्वलन किया, तथा प्राचार्य अजय कपूर पूर्व प्राचार्य डाक्टर पीएस गुलेरिया, मैडम पुरी, डाक्टर सुमन गुलेरिया, प्रोफेसर पीसी राणा, डाक्टर विनोद कुमार तथा अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।

जिला मंडी के उपमंडल सुंदरनगर के महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन स्मारक महाविद्यालय में बुधवार को 125^वीं लक्ष्मण सेन जयंती धूमधाम से मनाई गई। कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य अजय कपूर ने बतौर मुख्यातिथि शिरकत की। इस अवसर पर मुख्यातिथि को स्मृति चिन्ह और टोपी से सम्मानित किया गया।

इस मौके पर महाविद्यालय से सेवानिवृत्त प्राचार्य, प्राध्यापकों और गैर शिक्षक स्वर्ग को आमंत्रित कर विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में सम्मानित कर अनूठी पहल की शुरुआत की गई। लक्ष्मण सेन जयंती के अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं ने रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत कर उपस्थित दर्शकों का मन मोह लिया।

इसमें आदित्य बंसल ने “दिल में उतर गई वह तस्वीर धीरे-धीरे” गजल गाकर वाहवाही बटोरी। वहीं मुंडारी भामाशाह लघु हास्य नाटिका और समूह गान इत्यादि को खूब सराहा गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यातिथि ने महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन की महानता और सुंदरनगर की जनता के लिए किए गए कार्यों के लिए याद किया गया।

इस कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय का समस्त अध्यापक और गैर शिक्षक वर्ग उपस्थित रहा।

MLSM कालेज पीटीए की कार्यकारिणी गठित,अनिल गुलेरिया तीसरी बार बने संघके महासचिव

सुंदरनगर के महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन स्मारक महाविद्यालय में सत्र 2019-20 के लिए नई पीटीए कार्यकारिणी का गठन किया गया। इसका गठन प्रचार्य अजय कपूर की अध्यक्षता में किया गया। नवगठित कार्यकारिणी में अविभावक गंगा सिंह ठाकुर प्रधान, घनश्याम ठाकुर उपप्रधान और देवेंद्र सिंह को सदस्य चुना गया।

वहीं अनिल गुलेरिया को संघ का तीसरी बार महासचिव चुना गया। अध्यापक वर्ग में डा. मुकेश वर्मा, राजमल राणा, डा.शशी शर्मा, डा.देवेंद्र कुमार एवं लोकेश शर्मा को कार्यकारिणी सदस्यों के रूप में शामिल किया गया। बैठक में विशेष रूप से गरीब परिवारों के छात्र-छात्राओं को पढ़ाई के खर्च में यथा संभव मदद करने और महाविद्यालय में अन्य विकासात्मक कार्यों को लेकर चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में पीटीए कमेटी के सदस्य डा. अर्चना कपूर, डा. मनोज शर्मा एवं मंजूला ठाकुर भी उपस्थित रहे। प्रचार्य अजय कपूर ने नवनिर्वाचित कार्यकारिणी को बधाई दी और महाविद्यालय के विकास कार्यों में पूर्ण सहयोग की आशा व्यक्त की।

इससे पूर्व सचिव अनिल गुलेरिया ने सत्र 2018-19 में संघ द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई।

Meeting of PTA on 10^th August 2019
महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन मेमोरियल महाविद्यालय पीटीए  की बैठक 10 अगस्त को। 

महाराजा लक्ष्मण सेन मेमोरियल महाविद्यालय सुंदरनगर अभिवावक- अध्यापक संघ की बैठक 10 अगस्त को सुबह 11 बजे महाविद्यालय में आयोजित की जायेगी।  बैठक मैं पुरानी कार्यकारणी को भंग करके शिक्षा सत्र 2019-20  के लिए नई कार्यकारणी का गठन किया जाएगा।  कालेज के प्राचार्य अजेय कपूर ने सभी अभिभावकों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे इस बैठक में भाग ले कर इसे सफल बनाएं और महाविद्यालय की उन्नति मैं अपना सहयोग दें।

राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना की सुंदरनगर इकाई द्वारा एमएलएसएम कॉलेज सुंदरनगर में एक दिवसीय शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें महाविद्यालय के 70 स्वयंसेवको ने भाग लिया और स्वयंसेवको द्वारा महाविद्यालय परिसर और इस के आस पास के क्षेत्रो की सफाई की गई और लोगो को स्वछता के प्रति जागरूक किया गया।

एक दिवसीय शिवर में एनएसएस की कार्यक्रम अधिकारी डॉ कविता शर्मा, राजमल राणा, महाविद्यालय के एनएसएस कैम्प्स लीडर सिद्धान्त और धृतिका सहित अन्य स्वयंसेवक उपस्थित रहे।

Department of Business Administration in association with ICFAI Business School is conducting a one day Faculty Knowledge Sharing Programme (FKSP) in the college campus on 21^st July, 2018 at 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

The subject of the program is “Changing teaching pedagogy experiential learning and case study”

The program aim is to introduce participants to new teaching methodologies for improving teaching-taught interaction and will be conducted by senior faculty from IBS Gurugram.

On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of Indiaadopted the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950.

The Government of India declared26 November as Constitution Day on 19 November 2015 by a gazette notification.The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi made the declaration on 11 October2015 while laying the foundation stone of the B. R. Ambedkar memorial inMumbai. The year of 2015 is the 125^th birth anniversary of Ambedkar,who had chaired the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly and played apivotal role in the drafting of the constitution. Previously this day wascelebrated as Law Day. 26 November was chosen to spread the importance of theconstitution and to spread thoughts and ideas of B. R. Ambedkar.

National Cadet Corps is open toschool and college students on voluntary basis. National Cadet Corps is aTri-Services Organization, comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force, engaged ingrooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. TheNational Cadet Corps in India is a voluntary organization which recruits cadetsfrom high schools, colleges and universities all over India. The Cadets aregiven basic military training in small arms and parades. The officers andcadets have no liability for active military service once they complete theircourse but are given preference over normal candidates during selections basedon the achievements in the corps.

Inter College Hockey Championship (Women) 2017, started in MLSM College Sundernagar on Tuesday. The first match of the competition was played between team of Bilaspur and Hamirpur College. In this Bilaspur won the match by 2-1. Competition was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Madan Chauhan. While especially SDM Sundernagar was present there. College Professor Dr. P.K. Jamwal welcomed the Chief Guest.

On this occasion, D.C. Mandi, Madan Chauhan said that teams of all colleges should participate in sports competitions. He said, “If children should be given a chance to play, then they will be able to move forward and become a good player”. They greeted the players of all the teams. The College's Principal Dr. P.K. Jamwal asked all the teams to play with the spirit of sports.
